The Somerset Board

The Somerset Board is a five member panel elected to office for two year terms. The standing roles are President, Vice President, and Treasurer. Each member also holds an active role on one of the sub-committees, Lake, Clubhouse and Pool, Architectural, Finance, and Grounds.

The Board establishes, manages, and controls the commitments and expenditures for the Somerset Lake Community on an annual (operating) basis and a long term (reserve) basis. Quarterly fees are levied to accomplish these community needs in an orderly manner.

Elections are held annually in the month of April.
